First and foremost DO NOT SPAM. You will just have your account canceled. What is spamming? It's sending out E-Mails to everyone on the Planet.
TIPS FOR GETTING REFERRALS
OK since I'm sure you have already joined several programs under me your success is important to both of us. Many ideas I mention here will not suit you. Choose the ones that fit you and work to perfect them.
TIP ONE: Get a webpage.
Many Html Editors are available. I Use FrontPage 2000, but others such as Pagemill or Hot Dog are easy to use and make great web site.
Find yourself a web host and your done.
TIP TWO: Get traffic to your webpage.
Once you have a webpage you can put a link to that page in your signature file. Check your email program to get specific instructions for your program. Everytime you send an email this will automatically have your signature added to it. This is not spamming. It will look something like this:
John Doe
I get paid to surf. You can too. Click this link for details.
http://www.youraddress.com
The best way to give someone your referral information is by email. Obviously I am not telling you to spam. Just use an email to get the information and links to a friend that you have talked to about the adstream concept. This will prevent typing in the wrong referral info or web address etc.

TIP THREE: Offline ideas.
When advertising offline you will be requiring a prospective member to type in a URL to access your information. You will want a short webpage address to make it easy to remember and to type in. It is FREE to get an address that will redirect to your longer named site. You will get an address like http://fly-over.to/yourname or http://surf-now.to/John_Doe
So far you have not had to spend one thin dime. To advertise offline you will have to spend a few dollars on copying, business cards, or running ads. I recommend keeping your flyers short and simple. All you want to do with a flyer or business card or ad is to get a prospect interested enough to go to your website. Do not try to sell the whole program on the flyer. Emphasize the fact that it is free, no obligation, and you can make lots of money.
You should have business cards made with a brief message and your URL. here is a link to iPrint.com which I have used for designing and ordering business cards. They also have many other products from coffee mugs to T-shirts and sticky notes that would make good advertising ideas.
You can make pull-tab posters to put up on bulletin boards where the public is allowed to post items for sale etc. Two excellent places to concentrate your efforts are computer shows and college campuses.
There
are many low cost or even no cost advertising circulars out there.
Maybe a student newspaper at your local college or high school.
Anyplace where people must wait is a prime location for flyers and posters. Examples are auto repair shops, doctor or dentist office, bus stops and train stations. Best to ask if you can leave a few fliers and most will have no problem with it.
When you pay your bills enclose a business card because somebody opens that mail. Get pencils and pens imprinted with your URL. When a telemarketer calls give them your URL!
SUMMARY
Only you can decide which method or methods work best for you. I tried some things that just did not work for me, yet!
firmly believe that building a nice downline will be getting easier now that the checks are being issued to members. The sooner you get a downline started the more time it has to multiply.
